Fourth of July Flags

One thing I love to do is have craft nights at my house. Just before the 4th of July we had one making these flags. I had about 21 people call to come! We ended up with about 18 but golly that was a lot of wood to cut! I would normally sand the wood as well, but I figured they are capable of that themselves! It turned out to be a super fun night and I even had time to make one myself!

As the evening was co ming to a close my 4 year old really really wanted to do a craft so I promised her the next day we would do one. This was the result. And of course it had to be pink and sparkly! We also ended up making one Dallas Cowboys for the boys room and then later my husband made one as a birthday gift to a friends little boy! Except it wasn't cowboys....Chicago cubs!
